The delivery of the products purchased on the international territory, on the other hand, will be made through the Express Courier BRT / DHL / FEDEX / UPS. Farmaveloce.com ships to almost all European countries and the world.

You can choose between various payment methods: credit card, PayPal, bank transfer and cash on delivery.

Payment by credit card is secure. The transmission of information takes place according to the highest security standard and is guaranteed by VeriSign: that is, your credit card data is totally illegible to third parties and is transmitted directly to our credit institution.

Your customer rights are protected by Legislative Decree 206/2005. Therefore, you can withdraw from the contract, even partially, without explanations and without increasing costs, provided that you communicate the withdrawal by registered letter with return receipt to Latte Bebe 'Srl, within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the products.
The communication can be anticipated, within the same term, by e-mail to the address info@farmaveloce.com provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within the following 48 hours.
In this communication you must specify the will to withdraw from the purchase and the product or products for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal, attaching a copy of the receipt. You must therefore return the product or products at your expense, by sending it to Latte Bebe Srl, Via Savelli 10, 35129, Padua. You will be refunded the full amount within 14 days from the acceptance of the return. In any case, the one-way shipping costs will remain at your expense, equal to € 7,50.

It's very simple! It is enough for you:

2. Then click on "add to cart". Once the transaction is confirmed, you can continue your purchases or proceed with the order.

3. Within your shopping cart, you can change the quantity of your products or delete them.

4. Select Cashier.

5. Enter your details and the desired payment method.

ATTENTION: Remember to check your address is correct before confirming your order.

Once the order is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail within a few minutes or you will receive a text message confirming that the order has been taken over. Furthermore, if you are a registered customer you will be able to consult the history of your orders in your account in the "My orders" section.

The Courier makes two delivery attempts, each time leaving a notice in the mailbox. If in both cases you are not at home, you can contact the courier in your city and arrange for a later delivery, or for collection at its headquarters.

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, check that the number of packages corresponds to that indicated in the transport document and that the package is intact or unaltered. Any damage to the package (for example, the replacement of our sticker with that of the courier) and / or damage to the products or the mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately contested by way of a written control reserve, on the proof of delivery of the courier. Once the courier's document has been signed, in fact, you will no longer be able to oppose any dispute regarding the external characteristics of the package that has been delivered to you.

The products are covered by the Legal Guarantee of Conformity (or Legal Guarantee), provided for by Legislative Decree 206/2005 "Consumer Code" in articles 128-135, which establishes the seller's liability for lack of conformity of goods sold in own points of sale. To exercise the right of withdrawal and product warranty, it is sufficient to show the order confirmation document or the transport document.

What should I do to make a complaint?

No. If you do not request the invoice or the receipt during your order, its issue is not mandatory, as indicated in the DPR of 26/10/1972 n. 633 - art.22. The data for issuing the invoice must be entered in the "Request an Invoice" section. The request for the tax receipt must be entered in the "Add A Note To Your Order. "If the data is entered incorrect or incomplete, the invoice / receipt will not be accepted. No changes are allowed after the issue.

To exercise the right of withdrawal and warranty on the products, you just need to show the order confirmation document or the transport document.

The invoice can be requested only when ordering, from VAT number holders and to individuals without VAT number equipped with a recipient code or a PEC box. For those who do not have a VAT number, recipient code or Pec box, it will not be possible to issue an electronic invoice but only a receipt.. Changes to the receipt / invoice are not permitted after issue. Each order is independent, in the case of multiple orders the consumer must enter the data necessary for issuing the invoice in each of the aforementioned.

In the extraordinary event that a product is out of stock, we will contact you to inform you of any waiting times and / or to offer you one or more equivalent items in terms of quality / price ratio or we will issue a refund. In this last case we will refund only the unavailable goods. Sometimes the ordered products are not available in the warehouse. The availability declared on the site is updated several times a day but it may happen that it is not accurate for products with very limited availability. You will be promptly notified in case of unavailable product.

As soon as the online order is placed, the shipment starts immediately. Sometimes there may be delays in shipping due to the lack of one or more products ordered and not temporarily available. It is therefore necessary to wait for the requested and unavailable products to arrive. When availability is complete, the label is printed and then packed and shipped.

The times depend on the packaging procedures according to the regulations. Generally the times are around half a day or a whole day, and then continue with the shipment. In case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be processed upon receipt of the payment.

In the event that you have received a damaged package or the goods inside the package do not correspond with what was ordered, you can send us a complaint highlighting and demonstrating the non-compliant goods. Following verification, if the error is under our responsibility, you will have the opportunity to receive a shopping voucher for the value of the non-compliant product, to be used in future purchases.
